It's celebration time on the Paper Players for their 400th challenge. Since I'm an old person, and this looks like a great Birthday idea to me, I selected this bubbly lady with her glass of bubbly and her gold rings and shoes.
I picture her with her friends all gathered in front of her singing Happy Birthday, all with their own glass of bubbly and plenty more to drink waiting on a nearby table.
Colors for this are: Flirty Flamingo, Gold, Soft Suede and Powder pink.
I used lots of fun rhinestones and a bit of blue watercolor around her to bring her out.
She comes from the stamp set You've got Style, and the brown with bubbles is from the Tranquil Textures DSP. I used the Watercolor pencils to color in and around her then blended with my Aqua brush, super simple.
