Stampin Up, Global Design Project #008

I am so enjoying the GDP challenges. We are able to play with Demonstrators from all over the globe.
I had a hard time this week, took me a while to come up with something, but here it is.  Kind of a grungy little card, with some pops of  color.

I used Crushed Curry, Calypso Coral and Crumb cake.  The lines are made using the Brushstrokes background stamp.

Thanks for coming by to see what I was up to.

Lynn, I love your "grungy" little card. The Brushstrokes background is a fab backdrop for your watercoloured focal point. I also like that you kept the layers simple. Thanks for playing at Global Design Project this week.

Lynn - I LOVE this circle you've created with the Calypso Coral and Crushed Curry - what a wonderful pop against this background. I also love the stripes you've created with the Brushstrokes stamp. So much beautiful texture! Thank you so much for playing along with this week's Global Design Project CASE the Designer challenge - I'm glad you joined us.

So glad you joined us on Global Design Project this week, Lynn. I can totally see the inspiration of Kylie's card reflected in yours. I love the way you boxed off the stripes in the background and the circle adds so much color. Love it.

Your card reminds me of the phrase "layers of flavor" when talking about a delicious food. Every time I see another element that in a simple way adds such a special touch:)
