Stampin Up, Following Santa around the world, Global Design Project 011

I have to admit, this card kind of reminds me of the NORAD site.  But the idea popped into my head one day while I was browsing my stamp sets for an idea for a class card.

I love that World Map background stamp, works with so many different ideas.  You can use it as a full background or just crop a part in what ever shape you like.

I hope you enjoy it and I would love to see what you do with this background stamp.

I stamped a 4x4" piece of Whisper White CS, then used my aqua painters and ink pads to add the colors to the map.  I used a slightly larger circle from the Circle framelits dies for the inside so there was room for glue all the way around.

WOW Lyn, this is so clever! I adore this card with the creative way you have used the world map stamp. I'm sure it will be a stand out for the lucky recipient and their Christmas card collection this year! Just gorgeous.
Thanks so much for sharing it with us this week and playing along to the Global Design Project Christmas Theme. xo

What a fabulous idea to use the world map and sleigh together! I feel like I can pinpoint exactly where Santa is right now, lol! It looks like he is heading straight to my house, blahaha! Thanks for playing at Global Design Project this week.
