Stampin Up, Pals Paper Arts 222

Good morning stampers.  I really enjoy fall cards, for a short while. So, when this weeks color challenge was using Early Espresso, Calypso Coral and So Saffron, perfect fall colors, I decided to find another use for them.  I think it could still be used for fall, but I just love this watercolor application.

Very simple to do.   I used a piece of water color paper, but you can also use Whisper White, spritzed it with my mister with water, then I used my Aqua painter, also filled with water, picked up some color on the brush and brushed away, first with So Saffron then the coral. It dries pretty quickly.

After it dried I used the Gifts of Kindness stamp and my Espresso, I didn't spritz the stamp after inking up, but you could, that would lend a neat look.  I really think the water color cards do very well without any bling, but you could add some if you like.

I hope you enjoyed.

I just love the texture of the water color paper and agree it doesn't really need any extra bling, it stands on it's own. I really enjoy the gradient of colors. So simple yet SO pretty! Thanks for playing along with us this week:)
