Good Mojo Monday to you all.  A group of my customers and I are doing cards a couple times this month to go to OWH. (Operation Write Home)  It gives our troops handmade cards they can sent home, so this is where this one is going.  We have almost 100 and have one more play date to finish up before we send off the box for this batch.

Colors:
Basic Gray
Smoky Slate
Bermuda Bay
Very Vanilla
Raspberry Ripple

Supplies:
Birthday Basics DSP ( Designer Series Paper) 130145
Label Love Bundle (Stamp set and Punch) (Save 15 percent on the set using the bundle price.)
Bermuda Bay Ribbon 131206
Woodgrain embossing folder 127821
Ovals Collection Framelits 129381

Here is the sketch, come and play along.

Thanks so much for stopping by, and leave me a little comment letting me know if you are one of those who enjoys making cards for our troops and doing just a little bit to make life a little better for them.

Hi Lynn! I love the card, and now I need to buy the label set...LOL! I have recently learned of Operation Write Home, and think it will be a wonderful way to use up some of my card stash! I have so many cards I've made and they are piling up! I hope to send a box this year! Thank you for posting today!

Thanks for sharing this great card. I have this DSpP and sometimes I find it not that easy to work with.

Bernadette, I think the trick with busy papers is not to try and use too many of them.
Keep it simple and only try one big pattern and you can maybe add one or two more smaller ones if you like what you see.
