Stampin Up, Mojo Monday 413, Silver snowflakes
Will I tried, but I couldn't get the glorious shine on these embossed snowflakes to show up in the photo. But take my word for it, they are so pretty and shiny. These are part of a set of two that are stamped together and can be punched out too.
Here is a closer look.
At least you can see the pretty pearls in this one.
I also love this sentiment, it's in the same set and there are larger sizes of the snowflakes as well.
I hope you enjoyed. Thanks for stopping by.

Stampin Up, The Paper Players #260
The weekend is almost over, where did it go? As the days go by I am getting more and more anxious for fall! Here in N. AZ it's been a very hot summer, over 100 today again. Love when the evenings start getting cool and we can sit on the porch and sip on something and watch the mountains.
So, back to the reason we are here. Paper Players had a tic tac toe challenge today.
I choose the top row across. I've been wanting to use this stamp set and punch. But then I didn't use the stamps! When I got started I decided to do mine in white and just do the edges in Watermelon.
I did use one of the sentiment stamp however. That glimmer paper sparkles to beautifully in person.
I hope you enjoyed. Below find the link to the products I used. Thanks for stopping by.

Stampin Up, A little bit of Halloween
Normally I don't do Halloween cards. I just do not send them, so I save my money for sets that I can use for cards that I do send. But, this Holiday catalog has some items that worked very well for Halloween and I decided my class would enjoy making this one. The tag image is in a set that has 3 other images that are mostly Christmas.
Then we have the new embossing folder, it's surprisingly versatile.
Here I have used my brayer and black dye based ink, our Memento ink Pad, and colored in the deboss side of the folder. Halloween or not, I fell in love with the web doilies, I intend to play with them using the back side which is white as well. I punched out a circle that fit my space and sponged some yellow and one of the oranges on it. Made a pretty good moon I think. Then I stamped on the bird from Choose Happiness, added the black ribbon and the tag.
I hope you like this one and it gives you ideas for your own cards.

Stampin Up, Pals Paper Arts Challenge #265
It's time for this weeks PPA challenge. This week is a sketch challenge. If you are wanting to give challenges a try, this is a great week to start. The sketch is easy and adaptable. Remember, the sketch is only a starting place, you can do it exactly, or you can bring your own ideas to it.
My very favorite color in the whole world is blue. And there isn't a prettier blue then Marina Mist.
Blue and browns are great colors for masculine cards too, if you took off the flower and replaced it, you could have a great guy card.
This is the first time I've used the Striped Scalloped Thinlit in tone on tone, I love the texture it gives the card. I paired it with the Natural ribbon for an almost slightly rustic look.
Here is the sketch this week:

Stampin Up, Mojo Monday 412
It may seem a little early for Christmas cards, but crafters have to get cards and gifts done. And I am in love with so many of the new Christmas sets in the Holiday catalog!
This beautiful set has Pointsettias done a couple ways and the stamps that can be used to make Pointsettia leaves to be punched out using the new punch. For this one I stamped in our new Black and used my ink pads and Aqua Painter to paint the flower.
The glimmer paper set it off perfectly.
Thanks for stopping and you can click on any of the graphics below to be taken to my store to check them out further or to purchase. Sept 1st is the first day you can order from the Holiday catalog.

Stampin Up and Paper Players Challenge #259
It's sunday afternoon, hope you all had a great weekend. It's all the same to me as I'm retired, except for those 3 days a week I go into town and Curves.
This wreath is a new take this season on the Wonderous Wreath called Peaceful Wreath, and it uses the same set of Framelits.
Here I have stamped it in Versamark Ink and embossed in Silver. I colored in the Holly and berries using markers. Unlike last years set, there is only one Wreath stamp in this set, however, hmmmm wonder if they could be combined?
The banner is made using Merry Moments from the annual catalog for this year. Yaaa, a Holiday section is back in the annual catalog again.
Here is the sketch for Paper Players 259:
Have a great week, and remember, Christmas is coming! Will your cards be ready??????

Stampin Up, Screen card
I don't always post the cards I make for class projects, but this was one we did last week. It's a very easy card fold. I don't usually do card folds as they can get complicated and time consuming, but this one wasn't either of those. You start with your base card at 5 1/2" x 11". Fold in half, then bring each side in to meet the middle.
The bottom is made using the Decorative label punch.
The mat (red layer) is 2 3/8" x 4 1/4"
Top layer is 2 1/4" x 4".
You can dress it up by using a border punch along the top edge if you like. I kept mine simple using news set in the Holiday catalog (available for purchase Sept 1, 2015). I used the branch from Peaceful Wreaths and Reason for the Season for the pointsettia and sentiment.
Have fun with this, thanks for stopping by.
