Stampin Up, Paper Players color challenge #253

This weeks Paper Players challenge is a color challenge. But first, if you haven't noticed, I was headliner last week at PP.  I was shocked and happy at that.

This week I played with the brick embossing folder. It's a 6x6" folder, which is great for those square cards we like to do sometimes.  But can be used for smaller cards too.  I used a white marker in the grooves for the concrete grout.  I'm really enjoying using the Thinlit words.  They come in really handy.

I had a really hard time with cleaning this photo up I'm afraid, the white base card hardly shows at all, but it's here.  I hope this gives you ideas of your own, thanks for stopping by.
Here in AZ we are in full summer mode, it's also monsoon season, so we are having a lot more humidity then usual and often the whole day or at least part of it is over cast and we are getting thunder and lightening storms.

Very cute card! Love the way that your brick wall turned out. Fantastic butterfly too! :)

Great card to feature some new SU products, Lynn! You know I love butterflies, and I also love the contrast in texture of the brick wall. Thanks so much for playing along with us this week at The Paper Players, and congrats on being headliner last week!
