Stampin Up PALs Paper Arts sketch challenge

This card will be going out to a very special lady, she's having some health issues and I just want her to know she has me in her corner. It always picks you up when you get a hand made card, it lets you know that the person who made it went out of their way and really cares.  One of the reasons I love what I do, and I'm able to help other people make great cards too.

Every so often I just have to make a card using this years incolors. In my opinion they are the best incolor set to come out ever.  Not only is each color gorgeous, but they flawlessly combine no matter which ones you use together.   If you are color challenged, it's the perfect set for you and you can get all of them, all 5 ink pads plus paper for the price of the 5 pads.  The paper ends up free.

I used Baked Brown Sugar for my base card, then the Strawberry Slush DSP from the Incolor paper stack.    Layered on the Baked Brown Sugar using Core'd ations, running over it with a piece of sand paper first.
I used the Labels collect framelits to put my sentiment on and frame it, using the Perfect Pennants stamp set from the Occasions mini catalog.  The butterfly is from the Best of Butterflies stamp set. It is one of a monthly set that came out during the 25th anniversary year for SU in 2013 and will be available until next month.
Thanks for stopping by, hope I was able to give you a bit of inspiration.
