Pals Paper Arts Sketch Challenge # 228, Warmest Wishes

As you can see I am in full Christmas mode these days. I have not gotten many cards done lately because of my surgery, but I am doing so much better even walking on my own around the house.  I can't wait until the dr releases me so that I can go back to Curves and build myself up even more.

So, I did pull out a retired set today, so sorry about that, but it just seemed like the perfect thing to go with this paper.  The background paper came from the Trim the Tree DSP stack. The papers are smaller and work great for cards and such.

I used Whisper White, Tempting Turquoise for my colors, I love how it came out.
Here is this weeks sketch, you should really think about joining in, it's fun and it really helps to expand your abilities.

I have a question for you, since you are here, I am wondering, how many of you make your Christmas cards you send?  And if so, do you make them all, or send some store bought?

Ho, Ho, Ho, and Merry Christmas. Have fun making your Christmas cards.

It is such a pretty card! I'm happy you're recovering well. Love the color choices. Don't apologizr for using retired product. I love my old stuff!

Beautiful card and colors. I make cards for half of my list--the half that will appreciate a home made card!

Glad to hear that you are feeling better and better all the time. I make ALL of the Christmas cards that my husband and I send each year....nearly 100! And, I make even more special ones for the family. Need I tell you that I start my card "frenzy" in August!

I love hearing how all of you are making cards to send. Many years ago most of my online friends made their cards, most of them have stopped.

I found I loved sending cards now that I make them myself.
